Registration Fees

Terms and Conditions

  • The registration for participation is binding and the full fee has to be paid based on the defined registration fees within the given period.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received!
  • The participation fees are owed upon registration. They are payable within 7 days following the submission of registration, but not later than 22 August 2014!
  • If an participant claims a discount based on IEEE membership or student status, s/he will have to present a valid ID to the organization team on-site.
  • Payments will be refunded in total if the conference has to be canceled by the organizers. In that case, the organizers will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
  • The financial responsibilities of the participants are fully effective and we do not refund any payment.
  • Accepted and presented conference papers will be published in the proceedings of the 2014 IEEE 18th International Enterprise Distributed Object Computing Conference (EDOC 2014) and in IEEE Xplore®. To be published in the proceedings of the 2014 IEEE 18th International Enterprise Distributed Object Computing Conference (EDOC 2014) and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted conference paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate (member or non-member) and the paper must be presented by the registered author at the conference.
  • Accepted and presented workshop/demonstration papers will be published in the proceedings of the 2014 IEEE 18th International Enterprise Distributed Object Computing Conference Workshops and Demonstrations (EDOCW 2014) and in IEEE Xplore®. To be published in the proceedings of the 2014 IEEE 18th International Enterprise Distributed Object Computing Conference Workshops and Demonstrations (EDOCW 2014) and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted workshop/demonstration paper is required to register for the workshops/demonstration track of the conference at the full rate (member or non-member) and the paper must be presented by the registered author at the workshops/demonstration track of the conference.
  • An author, who has multiple accepted papers, may present one conference paper and one workshop paper OR one conference paper and one demonstration paper if and only if s/he has registered for both the conference and the workshops/demonstrations track through a combi-ticket. Apart from that case, an author needs to register for each paper separately if s/he wants to present several papers. For instance, if an author wants to present two conference papers and one workshop paper, s/he will need to register at least twice (e.g., one combi-ticket + one conference ticket).
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.
